At Desert CrossFit we offer group and individual coaching in the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. What does that really mean? It means our workouts are always different (just like everyday of life), they involve full body movements (like those found in everyday life), and we perform these movements at high intensity (always with proper technique and form; safety is our top priority).

Our membership spans from 6-87 including those just starting out in fitness to the seasoned athlete. Everyone welcomes you, everyone cheers you on. It’s this atmosphere that inspires, builds confidence and empowers you to achieve your goals. Fitness is a state of mind, a way of being that impacts everything you do in a positive way.

How do we do it? At Desert CrossFit we teach you to move your body the way it’s designed to be moved. All of our workouts are comprised of exercises that mimic movements found in real life or in sports. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common to our daily activities.

The end result is comprehensive fitness and restored vitality.
