Our top level coaches hold multiple certifications that range from Russian Kettlebells to Olympic Weightlifting. Our expertise allows us to provide a safe and fun learning environment for anyone. Whether you’re looking to get back into shape or you have an extensive athletic background, we strive to include everyone in a great workout from the most scaled back and simplified version to the most elite level.


Our classes typically last an hour and include a group warm-up, mobility work, workout explanation and demonstration by our coaches and the workout itself. We will strive to make your time at Desert CrossFit the finest hour of your day!
